Mum was looked after beautifully and your expertise she is now out of pain, and doing very well back at home. I know that she was a bit tricky at times but everyone was kind, supportive, compassionate and patient. Thank you all again with all best wished for continues success. Just a short note to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful care you gave to mum. Thank you so much for looking after mum in her last few months. Your care and compassion were ever present and appreciated.

We know that after a while dad really settled with you and he couldn’t speak highly enough of how well he was looked after. It also put our minds at rest to know that he was in safe hands. You are all so very kind and amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for her. We have been comforted to know that mum’s last few weeks were spent at Eastridge Manor, from the onset we were overwhelmed by the loving and compassionate care shown to mum. Thank you all so much for the exceptional care that you all gave our father.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff who looked after Geoff. Such care and humour helped ease him through such a difficult time. To all the staff at Eastridge Manor, thank you so much for taking care of our dad so well during the past year. I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the care you gave to Jean whilst she was with you.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful care you gave to our lovely Uncle Les for the last eleven years. Thank you all so much for caring and looking after my mum, Mary, She was so happy and on my visits always stressed that I was not to worry as she was being looked after so well. I think what stands out most is how kind and caring you all are, although busy you always find the time to listen and treat the resident with respect and dignity. My first impression of Rookwood, was one of a homely happy atmosphere and i knew it was the right home for mum, thank you so much. I cannot speak to highly of Berkeley Lodge and the Dementia Care provided there. The environment is well and spaciously designed, and immaculately presented.

Just to say a big thank you for all you’ve done for Penny over the last 5 years. She has been so well looked after and cared for. Thank you again for all the kindness and compassion given to her. You provided phenomenal care, comfort and dignity.
When people’s health needs changed the nurses ensured people were referred to the appropriate healthcare professionals. People were provided with a choice of food and drink that met their individual needs and preferences. There were enough staff working to meet people's needs.

Thank you all so much for making mum’s 90th birthday so enjoyable, we all appreciated the effort and work that was put in by everybody. We’ll all have happy memories of her special day. We would like to thank all the staff at Manor Hall for the care and kindness showed to our father over the past few years.

We employ generous levels of registered nurses and are proud to declare that our teams are dedicated, and passionate about their work. We understand the importance of a well trained workforce. People living in the home told us they were very happy with the care provided at Manor Hall. One person told us “Staff are excellent, they are concerned, good humoured and good at their craft”. We were also “The food is excellent, if I don’t like something they give me something different”. We used a number of different methods to help us understand the experiences of people using the service. People told us they were happy to raise any concerns. She was a visible presence at the home and knew people and staff well.
The large lounge incorporates a dining area which can be increased or decreased in size to accommodate numbers. Bedrooms range in size and most are en-suite, all are maintained to modern high standards and are in excellent decorative order. Rooms can be personalised decoratively and by the addition of chosen furniture in order to make a residents personal space their own home. Outside there are two patio areas for use by residents, families and friends.

They felt they were involved in decisions about the support and care they receive, they can decide how and where they spent their time and that the staff were very good. People said that the food was good, they were offered choices, special diets were catered for and staff provided assistance as required. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing care as single package under one contractual agreement. CQC regulates both the premises and the care provided, and both were looked at during this inspection. Thank you so much for all the professional support, love and attention you gave our mother during her first months stay at Eastridge. It gave Phyllis and i great comfort to know that her last days were spent with people who sincerely cared for her well being .
